In China, ten people have died and one is missing after “sudden gusts of wind” capsized four tourist boats carrying 84 people on a river in the city of Qianxi, in the southwestern province of Guizhou. According to the state news agency Xinhua, 74 people were rescued. Around 500 rescuers were mobilized to handle the emergency.
